The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Privacy policy
Information I need for personalisation and commissioned works, such as your photographs, are only used by myself in order to complete the work and are not used beyond that and are not shared with any third party. My copies are deleted and/or destroyed after successful completion of the transaction.
I engage with certain trusted third party delivery companies and I will share your personal information (name and address) with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to deliver your order.
I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy.
